It looked like OpenAI overfitted for the meta, while not completing items and misusing items. Have you added any hyper parameters for the items?

Not bad! Interesting juxtaposition tho: a company promoting safe AI is training their own AI to master an environment where players are rewarded for trashing stuff and killing other players :)
