C++ is so much nicer than C, it’s embarrassing how long I’ve taken to switch. But wow, compilation is slow. Reminds me of my 80s tape drive.

.@hadleywickham Had that for years but as g++${VER} with choice of VER as Ubuntu has fscked clang of late. Debian better here.
