Manually upgrading all packages after #Rstats 3.1 update since R doesn’t automate it. Because I haven’t got anything else to do. Grrr.

.@klmr I always set a RLIB directory next to R, this then survives swapping out the directory within the (more transient) R-$version tree.

@eddelbuettel Good idea. I will try this (but I’ve had a great deal of trouble with setting .libPaths).
