.@Hertz, I reserved a car for 11am today, arrived to find NO CARS. Told no cars for at least TWO HOURS. Never ever using your service again.

@crampell I'd love to read a piece actually on what it means to reserve a car. AFAICT it only guarantees you a price, not an actual car.
