@eddelbuettel RcppCNPy is going to replace XML::readHTMLtable as my new example of why I hate mixed case :P

@hadleywickham: breathlessly awaiting new package rcpp_cnpy_2 ..... by the way, functions are just npyLoad() and npySave().
