this is kind of neat, but I've always thought that code comments are more useful when they *why* we do something rather than *what* we do. The latter can be read off the code; the former is the real tricky.

I am not even sure it _is_ a good start, but it was certainly inevitable that someone would bridge these two. Whether that ultimately makes sense, or not.
