Hey, #lazyweb, what's your favourite way of keeping up to date with updates to specific #rstats packages? Undecided yet whether I care more about the NEWS file on GitHub or CRAN.

GitHub development tends to be (much) more granular (as we are asked to space out CRAN uploads to e.g. no more than six in six months -- making CRAN coarser). So I follow things I am interested in at GitHub. Plus, you can finetune notifications per repo.
