#rstats tweeps, is there any service to build a Windows binary of a github available 📦 that I can subsequently download and send to people who want to install, so they don't have to have rtools installed? I thought r-hub would provide something like this, but appears not.

You get artifacts (for "some time") from RHub and from win-builder, but you need to manually fetch and present them somewhere. Which a drat repo can do -- see my `drat` package and docs. Or you can use r-universe which does the build and drat-alike hosting for you off github.

Yes, r-universe looks like the ideal solution to this, as I can add the repos there, and write install instructions that use them easily while they are not being hosted on CRAN yet.
