R fanatics: Any tidy ideas on how to re-number these trial numbers so that they read 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4.... and so on? I can't subtract a single number because sometimes they have different starting values. I tried seq_along, & that didn't work #Rstats #Rhelp

_If_ you trial numbers are indeed unique, make it a factor and retrieve the factor levels. Or use @Rdatatable which does that for you via grouping and access to the group index. #rstats

Me too 馃榾 It is: - emacs27 with ligature support (requires build with proper fonts, plus a ligature elisp file) - font is JetBrains mono, see my GH repos for font pkgs - colours from @nordtheme used "everywhere": gnome terminal, emacs, rstudio (used sparingly these days)
