It isn't, but like, at some level of under-representation you'd support reform, right? What if we split Wyoming into 100 states?

The annoying thing here is that our senate bias isn't about the founders. Germany has a senate too and it's biased toward the left because they have city-states. Our bias comes from the GOP creating a bunch of empty states in 1890's in order to keep the South out of power.
