I have successfully gotten a colleague to use @JuliaLanguage (on our cluster) instead of our Rstudio Server for a project, and now I must teach him to ways of tmux.
The sessions will continue until moral improves

Regarding tmux: I recorded a few short videos last year on 'Tips, Tricks, Tools, and Toys' -- command-line proficiency on Unix -- and videos 4, 5 and 6 cover tmux (via byobu) incl 'sessions'. Short writeups / slides:
