For those who missed this, for editor windows it is possible to have multiple (arguably not as easy as in VS Code, but possible). For session splitting I use tmux in the terminal a lot (also in VS Code).

Yep, definitely, but I feel like it's not as smooth as it should be, notably if you have mutliple screens and / or resize the windows (the detached windows doesn't follow if you change or resize the main windows, plus if you have more than 2 windows it can be messy :/)
