Well I have meant to write about that! I use - persistent shells: byobu (by @dustinkirkland) - emacs in persistent daemon mode, clients in both x11 + tty (ie byobu) - many tools + scripts, some littler based - on current Ubuntu (macOS should work) One day I'll blog about it.
