@hadleywickham Well pull request away :) For Repo Policy, I use a svn rev counter at the top of file. Manuals do not have that. digest()?
@hadleywickham Work in progress. I may commit the txt variant at top-level as 'policy.txt', we'd see the diffs there. Suggestions welcome.
