#ragnarchi: thanks to Russ, Greg, Mark, Nick and Dave for being team 52 'six slow dudes', and to Joe and Steve for help with everything.
#ragnarchi ultra adventure done: home, showered and soon off to neighborhood party. Amazing 35 hours from early Friday departure to now.
And DONE after my third and final leg. 10.7 miles, again in the heat and with 8.06 pace. 34+ miles in 20 hours #ragnarchi
And now I did my second set for 7.1 miles under under a beautifully clear summer night sky. Decent clip to at 7:27. #ragnarchi
First double leg down: 17.2 miles in 8:06 which I'm happy with given the 86 degree heat. Cooled off in Mill's Lake afterwards. #ragnarchi
