For #Rstats on Ubuntu, all CRAN packages as binaries "fast, easy, reliably" from a well-connected mirror, all dependencies resolved via `apt`.

#r2u has updated its 240-ish `r-bioc-*` packages to the recent @BioConductor release 3.16.
#r2u serves over 20,00 `r-cran-*` packages with full system-dependencies for @Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 along `r-bioc-*` packages.
