I'm not sure if it's a struggle, it's just that my brain takes a while to switch off. I've found that singing to myself in my head helps a bit. But if it gets worse I'll keep that in mind. I'm glad they help you.

Yes, though it has pretty much always been the case for me. My husband (basically the same age) falls asleep in about 3 minutes and I hate him for it :D

I can't answer that directly, but grown-old men such as myself will pick up anything which doesn't look awful wherever we find it because UGH clothes shopping.

I get told frequently by Conservative MPs that the public arenβt bothered about private companies running NHS services and making a profit.
