Also sometimes I ask the question and then the PR author goes "Oh crap, yeah, erm. please hold..." and then rewrites a bit :D
When I'm asking the coder a question, I direct it to them. "Why did you choose to do this in this way?" when I'm asking for changes I try and be passive "It would be better if ... " and when I'm talking about accomodations needed should merge happen, it's we/us.
