No need to ban them, simply make it legally required to remove such devices from people's heads and smash them until they cease making noise -- Ditto for people who sodcast from their phones.

Trust relationships are transitive. If X doesnβt trust Z, but Y does it limits how much X can trust Y.

I pretended to be Fact Check UK for a few hours last night for a laugh and was locked out of my account and reported for impersonation. Guessing @CCHQPress had similar issues... Nah? Nope. Nothing has consequences anymore? Cool.
Best remedy I've found is getting out and about at lunchtime -- go for a walk, or a run, or just sit outside and read a book for a bit -- remind yourself that it's still daylight sometimes :D
