It was quite scary at first (I was 19 and a uni dropout) but amusingly that CTO was friends with the big brother of my first boyfriend, so in the end it went well :D
I think the first ever code review was scary (in a room, on paper, with the CTO) but these days code review feedback triggers excitement/interest because it's always a chance to learn something new for me.

How do you feel when you receive code review feedback?
Which feedback triggers which emotions?
And, have you experienced that your emotions to feedback changed since you first got feedback on your code?
Pls RT for reach.
Thanks for answering π
We in the `rustup` working group need your help to test a new feature we have which has been wanted for some time. It's just an MVP at this point, but we really need to know we're not going to break people when we release it...

Iβve hired a few people in my time.
Iβve never been disappointed by hiring someone who is less technical but is a great human who cares for others.
I can teach tech pretty easily.
But boy have I seen people who are strong technical people with toxic attitudes destroy a team.
I'd far rather sit quietly at the gate with my book, than be outof breath and last on the plane having to find my seat as the plane taxis to the runway
