Mmm this is almost certainly the barometer in your watch playing silly buggers. Sometimes a loop I run leaves me 10 metres below where I started.
Depressingly for me, the "breasts" are in fact because I happened to have breathed out quite at the wrong time -- it's my ribcage. I have much less squish than I used to.
Also from an entirely objective perspective, I'm sure yours are lovely.
