Book XX:50 to XY:00 as "personal time" for all XX-XY transitions in your calendar, for all time. Then people can't book you unless they cut their meetings 10m short to cope with the fact that you are a human being.
Mostly pretty poor. Fortunately my restriction is self-imposed so I can usually work around it. I only recall being asked about dietary requirements for very small conferences.
