Did 6km run - rewarded self with enormous chinese lunch. Felt guilty, punshed self with 15km cycle while utterly full. Now feel very odd.

if you ignore bios (OS independent time) and time for me to type in the disk unlock password, and my login details, my personal laptop takes about ten seconds from grub to settled disk after login
