You know, you say these things and then I start getting ideas. I MUST NOT start writing a smarter cd shell function right now, I really MUST NOT.

And for the avoidance of doubt, if I *do* manage to come up with something worthwhile, of course I'll make it public for others to use free of charge, so I'd prefer to not receive content I can't reuse under something like CC-BY-SA-4.0

I've begun to prepare a once-a-week series of workshops to introduce @rustlang to my colleagues. If anyone knows of some good resources for doing this when the audience is all experienced programmers with a range of C/Java/Python backgrounds I'd appreciate some pointers.

Today's rant: "Meaningful vote" Does that mean all the other votes that Parliament takes mean nothing?

Guys, if your masculinity is so tied up in eating meat and being a dick to people so you don’t show emotions other than anger, then it’s pretty fucking fragile.

I was literally asking myself today if there were ferris plushies I could buy. Thank you for the link.
Erm, I find that it is pungent and slightly bitter. Perhaps I just have better tumeric than you do?

I'm not worried about it per-se, just a bit sad that it puts my "age" a couple of decades older than I am, where my more fit colleagues get values younger than they are :D I'm happy mine has improved over the 6 months I've been measuring it, and I hope it will cotninue to do so.

For two or three minutes of walk? Really? Oh okay \o/ Of course, my VO2-max reading still says I'm geriatric
What's depressing for me is that a brief walk around the office to clear the "MOVE! bar" on my garmin has pushed my HR up to 100 which, I can imagine, just indicates how horribly unfit I really am :/

Okay, I looked back over my resting heart rate data for the past 6 months and I can see how being unwell makes it go up; but still, 96 is almost tachycardia levels. *hugs*

Crikey! Take care of yourself man. I've just had a vat of necromantic grade tea and mine is only 54 right now.
