One thing which helps me see that I am slowly having my body adapt to running is that my distance per workout goes up because my speed goes up. The other is that my average heart rate drops too. Fascinating to see the effects of adaption so clearly in the data.
Today I helped with the `rustup` 1.17.0 release. I messed up a little. Fortunately not too many of the world noticed, so I blogged about it instead: blog.digital-scurf.org/postsβ¦
Thankfully, the @rustlang community is kind, helpful, and forgiving, so I'm not too worried.
I've had boring black pudding, but never bad. I fear you might be irreparably incorrect, though I am willing to forgive if you give it another go some time when I'm there.
I suppose, given I have GPG agent working for GPG stuff, it wasn't that much of a stretch to get it working for SSH too. The biggest pain was getting gnome-keyring-daemon to butt out :D
Single data point blah blah, may go up as well as down mumble mumble.
But my BMI is under 30, which means, for the first time in a very very long time, I'm only "overweight" rather than obese.
*So pleased*
