We've recently re-started offering drinks during our end-of-Friday talks and we've had some words about whether this sends bad signals. Ultimately we've decided it's OK but we're careful to include lots of non-alcoholic options and to focus on the social aspects, not the booze.

Being able to nominate a pot for "unpredictable charges" which would simply replenish your main account from the pot after the fact, rather than refusing to do anything because it can't be predicted up-front. Thereby allowing me to get more bills into my bills-pot cover.
My only comment would be to be careful - Jenkins has had some nasty security holes in the past, so keep on top of updates to it, and its plugins. Nice job though! CI for the win!
Iβd rather have a burgundy coloured EU passport that gives unrestricted freedom of movement to live, work, study and travel around 27 other countries than a blue coloured UK passport that doesnβt offer these freedoms. Please retweet if you agree.
