Dear @virginmedia, Please stop sending me spamvertising. Especially when the text/plain portion is zero bytes long. No Love, Daniel.

Hi Daniel, give customer services a call and we can update your marketing preferences. ^ KB

Given you can see my email address in the screenshot, how about you just fix it for me (i.e. zero marketing mails EVER) and I don't have to deal with a horrible phone system?

We can't as we take security seriously so you will need to call. ^ KB

If I were honestly trying to cheat you into not marketing at someone other than me, I cannot imagine a single human in the whole world who wouldn't be grateful for that. As it stands, there's plenty of ways to double-check the email address without me calling.

Sorry Daniel, there is a procedure that needs to be followed. Please do call the customer support team. ^ KB
Have you ever tried ringing? There goes your day. it would be easier to just blacklist them, and probably more effective.

Is our whitelist processed before the blacklist? If so, I could whitelist my bills (which I do want to see) and blacklist the rest of virginmedia.com

You can put a regular expression in, and yes, whitelist gets considered first.
