Would it offend anyone who wants clusters to drop if this is how they looked in the excavator? Clearly its renderer isn't designed to take items in.. :|

I could fix it if the api would allow a representative Block to be passed in as well. Then I could pass it in my ore block (for rendering) but the output would be the cluster.

And don't get me wrong- I'm rereading my tweets to myself and I sound like an ass towards IE - sorry, I don't intend to! I'm making the API do stuff it wasn't designed for :P

Can the excavator already extract lapis/redstone in a trad. world? If so, what does it do? Give you blocks, or items? If items, is this hard-coded or calculated as the drops from the blocks?

Normally it always excavates some variety of Block
