At what point does @facebook actually take its social responsibility seriously? I've reported an #impostor account, where someone is impersonating a minor, and making offensive comments about their school in public. You reply saying the minor's name is not unique? #WTAF ?

Facebook, Twitter, etc have very unusual policies, and if you don't report in exactly the right way, they refuse to deal with real issues, preferring to ban legitimate users whose detractors know how to game the system :/

I followed the process precisely. Then @facebook demanded the passport of the minor, which I provided. Then some idiot replied saying "bear in mind that since Facebook is used worldwide, it's possible that someone else may share your name"
