@mei_leaf_tea I bought some ruby gaba, but the liquor comes out looking amber rather than red, is that normal?

Yes that is definitely Ruby Gaba, the picture of the liquor is close to what you would get brewing quite strong Gong Fu style but is not going to be 100% accurate as it is dependent on the brewing parameters and batch of tea.
