We just set up TeamCity at $dayjob to replace Bamboo. I haven't used it enough to make an opinion yet.

Is TeamCity (a) free, (b) able to work against an arbitrary Git server, and (c) easy to install on Debian?

a) No idea, b) we run it against Bitbucket, so probably, c) no idea, I don't maintain it, but all our servers are Debian
