Here's hoping the engineer manages to fix my laptop today. It's a whole month since I asked @lenovo to fix it on my "next day" warranty.

It seems @lenovo warranty car has become awful over the past few years :-/

Certainly it'll make me think twice before buying another @lenovo laptop. Assuming they don't ruin everything style/functionwise.
