A colleague of mine indicated that he tends to prefer English too (despite not being native)
Mmm, the same colleague pointed out that age group may have an effect (e.g. young/old may find bad l10n better than none)

Define "bad" - incomplete? non-idiomatic? hard to understand? actively wrong?

All but the last one. I think actively wrong is a different classification all together.

I find it very painful at times to write documentation in anything else than English, due all terms and whatnot are in English anyway.
