For people trying to reach things on Pepperfish, Hetzner are having interesting routing problems. Not (I hope) my fault.

@dsilverstone I just got an email from hetzner claiming there was an outage starting 10:59 CEST, end time unknown

@Habbie yeah seems to have been a false announcement from elsewhere screwwing things up
@jogbert things seem to be coming back, apparently DC#15 of theirs was squiffed
@dsilverstone Yes DC#15 appears offline still. Reply from 69.31.30.97: Destination net unreachable. doesn't look good
