If you could eat anything in the world right now, what would it be?

@eatyourkimchi Radish Kimchi. I have been desperately searching manchester for Korean radish so I can make some, and I have failed :-(

@dsilverstone @eatyourkimchi Wouldn't daikon serve as well as mu? They're both sizable, mild radishes.

@LoonyLizard @eatyourkimchi I am told that they're not equivalent, nor (annoyingly) is chinese green radish :-(

@dsilverstone @eatyourkimchi Well, that's all kinds of bother, then. Have you tried buying directly from a restaurant like Seoul Kimchi?

@LoonyLizard @eatyourkimchi Based on what I can find in Manchester I'm guessing they buy prepackaged radish kimchi :-(

@dsilverstone @eatyourkimchi Maybe, maybe not. Restaurant suppliers have more niches to satisfy than grocers. Can't hurt to ask.
