@dsilverstone We tend to accept having a quite low bus factor at the start of projects and then getting it progressively higher near release

@mihtjel It often makes sense to concentrate the danger early in a project, but we actually work hard to improve bus factor at the start.

@dsilverstone I've previously seen projects where each component could only be deployed by one person. We've focusing on that threat for now
