I am a F/LOSS hacker who treats @debian as his IDE.
And yet, I still have *3* Java IDEs installed.
(Becase Java *is* that bad.)

@dpashley I use IDEA, but I need eclipse for Forge hacking and NetBeans for university work. Sigh.
@dpashley Yes, MinecraftForge -- while mods can easily be handled in IDEA, Forge itself has its workflows optimised around eclipse.
@dpashley I find that my Debian desktop environment is hands-down the best IDE in a general sense. I don't need "everything in one window".
