@dotwaffle I've steered-clear of contactless because it's so horrendously fraught with fraud possibilities and has no controls.

@dsilverstone I seriously doubt its worth cloning a card for ยฃ20... Especially when its so traceable and the cardholder isn't liable...

@dotwaffle liability is much more on the card holder the the bank. Even more so than chip'n'pin

@dsilverstone nope. Patently false. Any contactless fraud liability is borne by the issuer. Debit may be different, haven't looked.

@dsilverstone just checked. Contactless has same fraud liability as standard card transactions. And every fee transactions, pin required.

@dsilverstone so ultimately, so long as you use a credit card not a debit, you're never in any real risk...
