@so_lucas I made cinder toffee for the first time. Mmm crunchie middle.

@so_lucas it was pretty easy. 100g sugar, 3 tbsp gldn Syrup. Boil: 4 mins (don't burn) take off heat, stir 1 tsp Bicarb, pour onto tray.
