@fanf Here's hoping E&Y recommend they not monetise the IP space and instead invest in IPv6. ARGH

@fanf I realise that -- but still, it's this kind of behaviour holding back IPv6 even more.

@fanf E.g. if UKgov said "We want to put services on IPv6, so it'll be mandatory from 2016 for all public carriers to do IPv6" it'd help.
