@rjek Just sent another @Pebble Support email to you AND @dsilverstone (Case 248198). Daniel simply has to fill out the RMA Form.

@jisforJoe I've submitted the RMA. The last page says "RMA Requests has already been submitted" in red though -- could you check?

@dsilverstone @rjek The email describing the @Pebble RMA steps says that this will happen and that this is normal.
