Know of a web-based code review tool which stores everything *in git*? Gerrit/Gitlab/Barkeep/Reviewboard/Phabricator and others all fail :-(

@evanpriestley I fear this attitude of downplaying what is possible without sql is what is preventing the tools I want from existing.

@evanpriestley I sometimes deliberately go offline to reduce distractions. To not be able to review at that point would suck mightily.
