Where can I find a car micro USB charger which isn't utter crap? Any recommendations?

@tfheen I've had a ยฃ5 one from Amazon and a ยฃ10 one from Currys both of which don't do the right USB tickling to make the phone charge fast.

@ramcq Open USB charger. Wire D- and D+ together. Close USB charger. Job done.

@rjek @ramcq isn't the problem that there are numerous ways of doing "fast" changing which involve different resistances?

@rossburton @ramcq Only if you care about iThings. Everything else assumes high-current if data lines joined.

@rjek @rossburton @ramcq To be fair it ought to be 100 ohms between D+ and D- I think; but joining them together with some solder will work.
