No way of finding out who the new provider is either... this really is appauling.

@dsilverstone they didn't bother billing me last time and frankly I'm at least as angry that this is possible as anything else.

@dsilverstone they claimed this is how landline transfers work last time. Will be rather more insistent when I call them tomorrow.
