All the reviews say that the @Apple #AirPods Pro are so comfortable, mine really aren't - I've tried all the tips and even the Comply Memory foam ones. AirPods are comfy enough but always fall out. Are there any actually comfortable true wireless earbuds that don't fall out?

I gave up on earbuds and switched to bone conduction headsets. Not quite as fancy, but they work and leave my ears unfilled so I don't get sweaty.

Now that's something I would like to try. Can they be used by people with huge heads/necks and how are they to lie on? The main use case for me is laying on my side watching videos or listening to podcasts
