We kinda ran into it and decided weโ€™d add an entry to CHANGELOG_NEXT.md to ease the releasers job, not sure how well it would work in a setting with so many contributors tho :/

I keep meaning to do something like have an "UNRELEASED" section and require PRs update that; but given I like to curate some news text too, that's still not ideal.
