Bad time with be.ev charger in Albert Rd car park. App started charge which died in less than 30s. 40m later the app still insists I have an active session. I tried the contactless which ran for less than half an hour. My guess is that's the Β£5 pre-fee only.

It doesn’t sound like it’s been commissioned properly. Did you report it to helpline? I’ll do some more digging tomorrow and apologies!
