If the numbers are to be believed, that's a 1.3kW continuous draw. It's almost certainly a full-on modern PC with dual head graphics running Windows.

At least 100W of that is going on the cooling fans and 800-1000W (my guesstimate) is the screens. Surely doesn't need Gfx card to display pre-rendered images?
