@Jimllpaintit Sorry to bother you like this, but do you happen to know if there's been a delay in the jumper shipments? Mine was due on the 2nd and has yet to turn up. The shopify app says they've not had a tracking number yet.

There has been a delay. We only received about a fifth of the jumpers on the date promised. The rest have been coming in dribs and drabs over the last few days with the last arriving this Thursday. I am so sorry, it's been an absolute nightmare.
