Hi @rustlang people, can we move away from Discord now? I have been a big advocate for Discord, but I feel like financial scams and environmental destruction don’t fit with the Rust vision

I'm struggling on this one, because on the one hand I totally agree that discord does seem to be going down some dark bandwagon-laden pathways; but on the other hand, I really don't get on with Zulip.

It took me a long time to warm to Zulip, the UI is kind of a train wreck, but I a fan now. Going back to Slack or Discord feels like chaos

Slack has always felt like chaos to me. Discord "barely harnessed" chaos. Zulip feels like someone said "I've heard of this thing called mailing lists and threads and they sound cool, but I also want to ruin people's lives with yet another bloody webapp"
